Vebra’s GMW M2 undergoes another major upgrade.
Vebra’s GMW M2 latest version (V1.40) offers a host of new and improved features to make your software, and, more importantly, your business even more effective.
An upgrade to V1.40 is FREE and simple if you’ve a full technical support contract. All you need to do is contact GMW Support on 0845 293 0390 and you can be up and running with the new version immediately.
Some of the new or improved features include;
- New summary tabs on all main forms offers you faster access to data and linked records, whilst quick actions offers the option to add frequently used features to the quick action toolbar on all the main forms.
- Most recently accessed records are now pre-populated automatically when they are re-opened, saving you the time and effort of searching for those applicants.
- Photo slideshow enables you to display all photos of a property as a slideshow, making for much more powerful sales presentations and window displays.
- Enhanced matching means that the minimum number of reception rooms, in addition to bedrooms and bathrooms, is now a matching option.
- There are a number of major diary improvements including:
- The option to synchronise all diary appointments between Microsoft Outlook and all GMW M2.
- We have also improved the diary layout so that the day splits into three sections, as a result one can view the whole day on one screen.
- Improved drag and drop capability allows you to move/change appointments easily.
- New “created by”, “updated by” and “viewing created date” fields will enable users to see who created or amended diary appointments.
- “Viewing booked today” is a filter option allowing you to see who booked appointments for other people
- There is now the opportunity to add extra text to an existing log entry. Logs cannot be amended for legal reasons, however if you need to add to / amend a log then you can add a date stamped entry to the existing the log.
- Keys can now be set as ‘Returned to Vendor’, with the key history stored against a property rather than being deleted. This allows for accurate reporting after the transaction is complete.
- It is now possible to filter and search for property transactions based on their instructed date.
- The Match result layout has been improved to group similar functionality together. For example, when accessing match results for an individual applicant or property there is now the option to update the match from within the match screen itself, without having to exit out to the applicant or property.
- New fields include an enquiry source field for property transactions to allow for marketing that is more effective.
- An office can choose whether to lock their own office’s records as read-only when accessed by other offices and/or make given fields mandatory.
- Exchanged letter now includes information about outstanding invoices and balances due for payment.
- Quick filter search option for viewings which will allow a quick search based on the same criteria used on the diary form, including pending / Chased / Today’s and Booked Today. This gives instant, single click filtering.
- Extra “property types” including “character”, “commercial” and “retirement” properties, are now available for uploading to the portals.
- Reactivating an individual applicant leads to the option to reset that individuals “due-off” date.
