HIPs and EPC Graphs
- HIPs you can now order your HIPs direct from the Version 9.91 of EstateCraft. We're working with a handful of leading providers to offer a fully integrated HIPs ordering service via your Vebra software enabling you to present quick, easy-to-use and cost effective HIPs to your clients.
- EPC graphs you can create EPCs within EstateCraft Version 9.91 and incorporate them directly into property particulars, without even ordering a HIP.
Property Details and Marketing
- Applicant match and mail - Version 9.91 allows manual adjustment of results (so you can add and remove properties as you see fit). You have a greater range of communication options, which includes emails with PDFs of property details attached or with links back to properties on your website. And, a complete history of what information has been sent to which applicant is stored, with follow-ups automatically created.

Text messaging improve your service and significantly reduce your costs by bulk sending texts to suitable applicants as soon as a relevant property comes to market. You can even send texts direct from your software to staff whilst they are out on the road and also keep buyers, sellers and solicitors up-to-date on developments. For more information click here.
Mobile phone calls can account for as much as 70% of most agents phone bills; not only will text messaging offer you a marketing advantage it will also save you money.
- Virtual tours the option to offer virtual tours will showcase your properties in the best light and minimise wasted viewings. For more information click here.
- Separate property details on the internet version 9.91 allows you to hold different sets of details for the office and internet if required, therefore if you need A3 brochures for the office and A4 for your website this can be organised via Version 9.91.
- Property bullet points create a library of up to 10 bullet points for your property particulars, where you can use them all, or just a few. Alternatively, overwrite up to six of them with specific messages tailored for that particular property; it means much more flexibility when creating property descriptions.
- Microsoft MapPoint® the option to integrate Microsoft MapPoint® into the enhanced EstateCraft allows you to painlessly create maps and directions for properties, which can be inserted into particulars.
- More bedrooms and receptions EstateCraft Version 9.91 can now store a maximum of eight bedrooms and six receptions; it's not a feature youll use everyday, but it is priceless for prestige properties.
- Digital print our partnership with Ravensworth means it's easy to create, order and track high quality digital print brochures. For more information click here.
- More property images a maximum of 29 images per property can now be stored (Version 8 holds just 6 images). These images can easily be dropped into websites, portals and onto printed particulars.
- New homes indicate when a property is part of a new development and incorporate the details of the developer. "New Home" status can also be used as a parameter to include / exclude new homes when running match and mail.
- PowerPoint presentations this feature has been enhanced to allow you to save carousel presentations (for your window displays) to PowerPoint. Easily add slides for other services into your window displays and run it from a PC that does not have an EstateCraft license.
- Floorplans an invaluable sales aid that is bound to reap rewards. Upload floorplans to your websites and add to property particulars.
Information Management
- Flexible phone numbers Version 9.91 allows you to assign a category (e.g. home, work, mobile, fax, etc) to a phone number, and now you can record five telephone numbers against a contact.
- Attach documents and files to property and / or applicant records link any type of document (e.g. letters, spreadsheets, PDFs) and additional images to the property or applicant record. It makes information management easier and ensures all staff are kept informed about developments.
- Property and applicant notes - the new "protected notes" facility makes notes entered read-only. This feature automatically stamps each entry with user initials, date and time so youll know who entered or amended information when.
- Bulk change option for property and applicant attributes you can now bulk,(as opposed to individually) change a properties negotiator and class, and an applicants negotiator, class and priority making it much faster to make these amends to records. A great feature if a negotiator has left the business and you want to quickly and easily re-assign all their applicants to another negotiator.
- Applicant data entry a facility has been developed to ensure that user specified fields are completed on every applicant record, i.e. email address, number of beds, price, type and/or location. This ensures every record has the basic core information.
Business Management
- Valuation process button extra functionality has been added to Version 9.91 to allow you to easily record valuations and produce valuation forms, comparable lists and applicant match lists. So youll be better equipped to win more instructions and increase your stock. The system can generate tasks based on these outputs and create a confirmation letter to the prospective vendor.
- Diary the new Version 9.91 diary has improved recording and follow-ups to manage mail outs, viewings, offers and the sales pipeline for vendors and applicants. Daily and weekly diaries can be printed with ease and hold more comprehensive information than ever before.
- Standard letters and templates an increased number of fields for merging into letters and templates offers you more flexibility.
- Invoice number generation and reporting in Version 8 you have to keep a manual record of invoice numbers. Version 9.91 automatically generates consecutive invoice numbers and avoids duplication.
- Commission report a new management report has been added to the system to produce statistics/commission payments to negotiators.
- Producing PDF reports - an additional option is now available to produce reports in PDF format, making your reports far more presentable and easy to email.
- Financial services leads Version 9.91 allows you to email automatically your financial consultant applicant leads and logs this against the applicant record.
- E-mail marketing reports - clients can now receive reports via email, rather than having to print and mail such information. You can incorporate your company logo, branding and own text into the covering email form.
- Security and user permissions security protection on property and applicant records has been incorporated into Version 9.91, alongside new user permissions to limit access to sensitive information or to limit functionality for certain users.
