| The upgrade is available now. The download is included in your support contract. There is NO additional charge. With version 4.0 VEBRA Solex has had a major redesign and includes some new functionalities. The latest upgrade is available to download from your Vebra Admin page. A newsletter will be sent out shortly with more details on the Version 4 download. Before running any upgrade of your data you should ensure that you have an up to date back up of your data and that the data has been reorganised successfully. If you have multiple branches the upgrades should be co-ordinated to occur on the same day. There is a whole raft of improvements when you upgrade to version 4.0, all designed to help you work better, smarter and more effectively. Find a general overview of these improvements below. (A detailed list will be available to you when you launch this upgrade).
The message book section has a new convenient way to display and pass messages between staff in your office. You are able to select messages for an individual person or everyone in the office. You will also be able to choose to see outgoing message (Outbox) or incoming ones (Inbox). Old messages can be displayed if required by using the ‘expired messages’ option. A new message can be added with the pen and paper icon. Screen toggle feature located at bottom section of the main menu will allow different features to be toggled to change the information that is displayed. Today’s to do list screen will give you a view of all the current day’s outstanding follow-ups. Quick links screen will allows quick access to some common tasks from the front screen. A new feature ‘Privacy Screen’ that if required will hide the main menu behind either a property carousel or your company logo. Web/ transfer status section will display information on the last time the internet was updated from your branch and the latest data you have received from other branches in each user’s screen. Other options will become available through the Screen Toggle Feature.
More user fields will be available on the left of your property screen, some user fields can be setup as a clickable link to another file or web address.
Microsoft Mappoint / The Mobile Agent For users of Microsoft Mappoint and Mobile Agent, the buttons to automatically add maps, floorplans and room details still appear at the bottom of the screen.
