Solex V3

The latest Solex upgrade has just been released. The download is included in your support contract. There is NO additional charge.

For more details regarding the upgrade process, or to launch the download, log onto your Vebra Admin page (www.vebra.com/home/agents). If you have multiple branches the upgrades should be co-ordinated to occur on the same day.

There are a whole raft of improvements in the latest upgrade; all designed to help you work better, smarter and more effectively. Just a few of the highlights are listed below. There’s a full list when you launch the upgrade.
  • Order HIPS direct from MyhomeMove, LMS and Openbook via Solex. There’s no need to re-enter data so it’s bound to be quicker than any other method and minimises the likelihood of mistakes. The HIPs order is logged against that particular property for future reference.
  • You will be able to incorporate EPC graphs automatically into property particulars without having to insert the images.
  • A new suite of detailed management reports will help you examine your overall business or the performance of specific branches. What’s more, the ability to export the data to Excel means you’ll be able to carry out detailed analysis of the figures and generate performance graphs.
  • If mandatory fields are not completed the system issues warnings and enables you to add missing details without risking losing the information already entered.
  • “Book a repeat viewing” is perfect for viewers wishing to return to a property. It automatically pre-populates all details. You simply add the date, time and any additional notes for the return visit, rather than have to complete a new viewing screen from scratch.
  • The new version automatically backs-up your data during major “housekeeping” processes, such as an upgrade or reorganise to ensure your data is kept secure and valid.
  • You can set-up Solex to show offers, sales and viewings still to be confirmed when logging out. From there you can click on links back to individual properties or the viewings book; it’s a great option that will help to ensure you don’t miss that vital viewing or sale.
  • If a buyer withdraws an offer it can now be recorded as a “withdrawn”. The previous version of Solex would have classed this as “rejected”. The change allows for more accurate reporting.
  • Attach images to standard letters/paragraphs. You can now automatically attach a photograph of, say, the village green for all relevant properties or include an image relating to a special offer (removal deals, mortgage services etc, etc).
  • Add a second email address so, for example, you can contact people at work and at home.
  • Email or text vendors, applicants and solicitors direct from “Viewings” and “Sales Transaction” screens. The new version of Solex also automatically creates follow-ups and history logs against the property and the applicant. You can also include an attachment if required.
  • You will be able to record your quoted fees at the valuation stage and transfer this data when you win the instruction. It makes it easier to report on this data and the information more accessible when following up potential instructions.
  • You can now record buying and property positions in the “quick entry” dialog box, meaning you’ll have this key information available form the very start of the relationship.
  • You will be on first name terms with most of your clients. We’ve added first names to most history dialogs so they are available to you when you need them.
