| The new versions of Premise and Premise Platinum (V2.27) feature a series of new features and improvements. Some of the highlights of the new version includes; Energy Performance CertificatesAll premises that are let from 1st October 2008, whether residential, commercial or industrial, will be required to have an Energy Performance Certificate. V7.2.6 enables you to create EPC graphs and incorporate them into property particulars. Diary columns and coloursOn the Day View page all appointments for a specific user are now displayed in a single column making it easier to interpret. Likewise, user columns are displayed across the page in alphabetical order. You can also specify a different colour for each user's appointments. Property record - show property on Google mapThere is a new 'Map' button on the Property Details page of the property record. Using the property postcode the location of the property is displayed on a Google Map |
