Location, location, location...The new version of GMW gives you the opportunity to order and merge ‘GoView’ maps into property particulars. You can insert three maps at the touch of a button (from large scale area maps right down to a detailed maps which show an individual property, it’s boundaries and its neighbours). They’re perfect for giving buyers a real feeling for a property and will help set your agency apart from the competition. The maps can be inserted into online or print particulars.What do your print particulars say about you?V1.32 includes the facility to order digitally printed particulars from Ravensworth, the specialist property industry printers. We’ve automated the process to make it as simple as possible to order outstanding marketing material; simply layout your particulars on screen (using your customised templates) then, once you’re happy, send the order to Ravensworth and, if you order before midday, they’ll be back within 24 hours. It’s another opportunity to stand out from the crowd; this time with beautifully presented property marketing material. HIPS – make it easy on yourselfUpgrade to V1.32 and you’ll find the option to order your HIPS direct from a variety of HIPs suppliers, including myhomemove, movewithus, LMS and OpenBook. If you’re NOT ordering your HIPS through your software we think you’re missing a trick; once you’ve entered the data once into your property record and select the “HIPs option” the software automatically picks out the relevant information and sends it to the HIPs supplier of your choice. It’s all done with a few clicks of the mouse and is quicker, easier and far less error prone than re-typing the data for your current HIPs supplier. But that’s not all...
