You can rapidly review offer and viewing history within the Property Transaction area and our new 'Quick Actions' provides shortcuts to areas you use most.
Creative Email Marketing
With new HTML Email support, you can format your messages exactly as you want. You can include company logos and branding, negotiator signatures, multiple photographs and links to your own website easily with our HTML editor and simplified template design, enhancing your e-marketing communications.
Message Centre
Talk to your colleagues via instant electronic message and keep in touch wherever you are. See who is available at a glance, send instant messages or attach items such as property records, which can be opened by your colleagues with a single click.
Quicksearch
The new 'Google like' QuickSearch feature recognises what you're looking for as you type and quickly returns the most likely results, allowing you to find records with just small parts of a clients contact details. Work more efficiently by easily switching between open records and access those recently opened.
Sticky Notes
Virtual sticky notes allow you leave important messages on any record, providing your co-workers with key information on individual properties. They can be configured to automatically pop-up as the record is accessed, or to display between selected dates and expire at a pre-determined point. They are available in a selection of colours.
