EstateCraft V9-92

The latest version of EstateCraft is ready. It’s packed with even more useful enhancements to help you run a more effective business. The upgrade is FREE* for most clients, all you need to do is contact the EstateCraft Support team on 0845 230 5666.

Some of the highlights of the new upgrade are listed below, but there are many more. There’s a full list when you launch the upgrade.

From the property record there is an option to send an email with the marketing report attached as a PDF to vendors.
A new feature has been incorporated into the system whereby all offers can be emailed to other users in your office(s) so they are up-to-speed with developments on any property.
Version 9.92 now includes the option to integrate Metropix Floorplans into your property details. This powerful and flexible tool will make a real difference to your property particulars.
It’s easy to now find all blank fields in the database so if, for example, you need to enhance your database with emails you simply search on emails. It will make managing your database much easier.
A new feature has been added whereby you can include internal notes relating to HIPs orders. We have also integrated OpenBook, LIVE and SimplyHip into Version 9.92 giving you a much wider choice of HIPs suppliers direct from the software and avoiding the need to re-enter data twice.
Version 9.92 allows you to create an HTML version of your property details for uploading to the internet; enabling you to include your company branding etc.
A new option has been added to User Security to allow only specified users to update the Solicitor Register; this will help avoid situations whereby duplicate solicitors may be added.
A new feature has been incorporated to allow you to change the background colour of the database; enabling you to identify different databases easily and avoid confusion.
Other Agent Details. Some modifications to this area include new merge field codes for standard letters and the option to view the Other Agent Details in the Split Commission window.
If you have entered a property onto the system and entered details into the “Analysis” window, Version 9.92 will give you the option to copy this information onto a new property record. This is particularly useful for New Homes databases whereby all the property information tends to be the same, with the exception of the property number, price and bedrooms.
The number of characters per field has been increased for long property addresses.
Version 9.92 makes it possible to apply a unique reference number to an applicant record and call up a record using this reference number.
The archiving facility has been enhanced to allow you to automatically archive applicants according to their last contact date.
As of October 2008 all buildings, whenever they are built, sold or rented out, will require an EPC graph. It is now possible to create these graphs from EstateCraft and incorporate them into your property particulars and window cards for letting and commercial properties, as well as for residential sales properties.
If the text “England & Wales” plus “Directive 2002/91/EC and EU flag” is not required on EPC graph, this can now be removed.
